The Tides at Bayshores are conventional simple fee lots.  Attractive front elevations were achieved by breaking up the harshness of the garage door.  Recessed car porches provided the depth and shadow needed to create interesting composition along the street while providing one deep drive for guest parking, lessening land consumption. Single story roof lines bring down the scale of the three story home.  An inviting entry garden court softens the street frontage and is achieved by positioning the front doors side by side.
