As a Principal and co-founder of Angeleno Architects, David Ko brings decades of experience shaping residential communities throughout California. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona after beginning his undergraduate studies in physics at Harvey Mudd College, a background that continues to inform his thoughtful, analytical approach to design. Drawing from a deep knowledge of architectural history and a longstanding passion for residential design, David is known for blending traditional architectural principles with modern construction methods to create timeless, market-responsive homes. His work spans a broad range of residential projects, from thoughtfully planned entry-level communities to custom homes in premier coastal and hillside neighborhoods, each shaped by a careful balance of design character, livability, and efficiency. David has also served on the architectural review boards for The Irvine Company and Great Park Neighborhoods, contributing his design expertise to the oversight and development of some of Southern California’s most prominent residential communities.
