Nash:

Drawing inspiration from the home in Pixar’s animated movie “Up”, Ellwood Nash; highlights a traditional wrap around porch, encouraging social interaction within the community.  Designed to provide a feeling of openness, in an otherwise narrow space; the home features bed and bathrooms above, carefully sculpted into the roof attic. Downstairs, accordion doors open up to exterior spaces, offering the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience.

Noland:

Applying the design principle that “form follows function”, Ellwood Noland offers functional space utilization, while expressing a minimalist form.  The careful composition of solid vs. void space, results in a room structure, allowing for easy furniture arrangements and circulation.

Downstairs offers living spaces, including a first floor multi-generational suite with a private bathroom. The isolated outdoor terrace acts as a third floor entertainment space, offering generous light, expansive mountain views and privacy in an otherwise densely populated neighborhood.

Nathaniel:

The classic external styling of Ellwood Nathaniel was stirred by a time of greater simplicity. While the exterior features, a large front porch, single story roofline and dormers may be appear vintage, the inside is anything but! Keeping up with today’s active lifestyle, the interior boasts a spacious open floor plan including a bonus loft.
