The site consists of a mixed use building along the main street, with interior units staggered behind. Wall articulation form interesting pedestrian pathways and create private front door alcoves.
Interior spaces feature 10 feet ceilings, creating a loft like feel, while ground floor dens with porches and patios evoke a sense of community..
