Sayoko is the firm’s Project Coordinator and Designer with more than 20 years of experience in residential architecture. She guides projects from Schematic Design through Design Development, overseeing entitlement packages and ensuring precise, timely submittals. As head of the graphics and color/materials departments, she establishes design standards and directs material selections while balancing cost and efficiency. With a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Sayoko applies her design insight to deliver thoughtful, well-executed projects.
