Her experience includes a wide range of residential work, from single-family detached homes to custom residences. As a primary client point of contact, Shelair oversees the coordination and development of construction documents across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution throughout each phase. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Technology of Baghdad and is a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C.
