The unique exterior of this project is reminiscent of the Max Factor Showroom and old style Hollywood and is used to mask the repetitive nature of this multifamily project. Designed with a multi-generational living in mind, these town homes feature a 3 car tandem garage, which can option as downstairs private living quarters for an aging parent or returning college student. By bringing the past, present and future together, we are able to achieve a cohesive and architecturally pleasing community for today’s new family model.
