Lantana offers a thoughtful alternative to the conventional three-story row townhome. Through articulated massing and varied building heights, the project reduces the scale of a larger residential building while enhancing the streetscape. Single- and two-story rooflines wrap three sides of the building, softening its overall mass. Inspired by the Spanish Revival architecture of Scripps College, the design composes warm, engaging forms that bring character and dignity to a high-density community.
